Russian Open Junior Cup was held in Moscow from February 22nd to 24th, organized by IKO Russia Branch Chief Shihan Alexander Ipatov and presided over by Shihan Katsuhito Gorai and Shihan Artur Hovhannisyan from IKO Honbu. Approximately 1000 young competitors 8 to 17 years old from 17 countries participated. On February 21st, IKO Officiating Seminar was conducted to update IKO competition rules by Shihan Gorai and Shihan Hovhannisyan.
